At Dash & Co, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade dog collars and leads. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure you are pleased with your purchase. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. 

• Non-Refundable Items:
  All of our products are custom-made to order and are therefore not eligible for refunds. This policy ensures that each product is uniquely crafted to meet your specific preferences.  It is really important that you give us accurate measurements when placing your order.  If you are unsure of sizing, please reach out to us for guidance.

• Reporting Faults:
  If you find a fault with your product, it must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Please check your item upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
• Condition for Return:
  Products must not be damaged due to a lack of care. Any issues resulting from improper use or neglect will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

• Eligibility:
  In the event that a return is approved due to a fault in the product, we will process your refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned item.
• Refund Method:
  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

• Costs:
  Please note that Dash & Co does not cover the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning items.

 BioThane® is a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating meaning it is not only durable and long-lasting, but also waterproof, easy to clean and has hypoallergenic properties. 

Simply run it under the tap for a quick clean!  If your collar or lead needs a more in depth clean,  hot soapy water will do the trick!  We always advise a thorough soapy clean after beach trips to prevent hardware rusting.

 BioThane® can often be used as substitute for leather. BioThane® is more durable, cleanable, stronger and easier to maintain. It is also readily available in different colours. 

 Yes, amongst other benefits, BioThane® has the advantage of being odour-resistant  

You can measure your dogs neck or measure their existing collar - see our measuring guide for instructions on both methods.  The measurement your give us will be the middle hole of the collar to allow for adjustments if your dog changes shape over time.
